Hello! I'm a self-taught baker who discovered my passion for baking through YouTube videos. Over time, I polished my skills and began experimenting with new recipes, documenting my journey on my YouTube channel.

There are many different recipes on the Internet and not all are reliable. If you want to know which ones I tried, stay with me.

I have learn how to bake the best sponge cake at first. Since my New Year's commitment in the new year 2020 the video for two different sponge cake recipes (in Slovak language as I have two versions) was viewed 130K times, following by 90K of video how to make a tartlets and 70k video of how to make a Swiss meringue cream. That's quite successful for a hobby, don't you agree? ​

Did you know that the sponge cake was mentioned in an English book from 1700?

And yes, I made a Barbie cake too ;-).

Most of my recipes were made in Slovak language and I am slowly translating them to English.

On my journey I learned that baking takes patience and countless attempts and a few kitchen disasters, but then finally you got them right, and the joy of that moment fuelled my love for baking even more.

My latest project for 2025 is a delightful creation: a rich, thick hot chocolate: May I Hot Chocolate.
